Team page claims
Clubs and orgs asking to run their team page (add / remove players, coaches and creators, edit About). Check who they are before accepting.
No team claims.
Photo change requests
No photo requests.
Club / org change requests
A pro, coach or creator moved club or esports org (or is looking for one — “Free Agent”). Accepting updates their profile and keeps the old club / org as a past team.
No club / org requests.
Username change requests
No username requests.
Gear photos needed
A pro added a gear item's name or purchase link with no photo — upload one from their profile's Gear tab, then it clears itself here.
No gear photos needed right now.
Gear products
Add a product once and every profile whose gear matches gets its proper name, purchase link and photo — now and whenever someone types it later. Typing is matched loosely (case, spaces and punctuation ignored), so the match word “a50” covers “Astro A50”, “A50 headset” and “astro-a50”.

Link an account manually
If someone tells you their username, link it straight to the player they are.

Manual tournaments
For when the live match data has a score wrong, or doesn't cover an event at all. A manual tournament shows up everywhere real ones do — Tournaments, Matches, Rankings, search — once it has at least one match.
